Guided Invasive Species Walk on the Old Croton Aqueduct

July 19, Sunday at 10:00 am – Enjoy an easy 4-mile round trip hike along the Old Croton Aqueduct and learn from amateur naturalist Diane Alden how to identify the invasive plant species that are growing along the trail, as well as native species under threat.  Meet at 10 am near the restrooms at the parking lot at Croton Gorge Park, Rte. 129, Cortlandt Manor 10567 (may be a fee of $10 to enter the park) and head south on the Old Croton Aqueduct.  Contact:  Diane Alden, daldenpc@bestweb.net or 914-941-8536.
